Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly to discuss your situation. Returns can be done for both defective and non-defective items. Defective items return shipping to be paid by us. Non-defective items will be the customers responsibility. We can exchange. In that case the customer would pay return shipping and we would pay shipping one way to them. Only new un-used attachments can be returned. We allow 10 days for return and refunds will be within 10 days. There may be a 10% re-stocking fee involved, depending on the item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the lower 48 states of the USA. However, Free Shipping is only to an open to the public business that has the ability to unload the equipment during regular business hours. No lift gate delivery available. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping times based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Right now we are building on demand and we ask that you give us 10 business days to get your new item shipped.
